Which Denim To Buy Now

Which Denim To Buy Now

I always think winter is the time to darken down your denim with indigo hues and park the?ripped, white-washed jeans. It also feels like the right time time to smarten it up and opt for more sophisticated styles such as high-waisted or flared, which work better with this season’s capes, and help to dress up biker jackets and bomber jackets. I’m a big fan of high-street denim, although I have a real weakness for J Brand, so it’s the first label I hunt out when the sales start. My grey Zara jeans have served me so well over the past few years – they never sag and they wash brilliantly.?Here are a few more’styles I have my eye on this month.

I’ve never been a huge fan of coloured jeans, but this burgundy pair are perfect for mixing and matching with autumnal hues as well as?neutrals. I love how they’ve been styled with an earthy forest green. They’re smart enough to wear to work if paired with a blazer and heels.

I love these high-waisted flared jeans. They’re smart but have a laid-back appeal too. They’d look so chic and on-trend if worn with a navy or black turtleneck, and a duster coat. Very Ali MacGraw.

This shade of indigo looks so smart, and the leather detail on the pockets is a nice design detail and adds texture and.

It’s great to find a pair of boyfriend jeans that look grown-up and sophisticated. The’smart dark denim balances the quirkiness of the turn-ups. These jeans would look great with a pair of brogues, a T-shirt and a blazer.
