Described as comfortable Scandi style with a retro twist, Aldi’s newest interiors offering has everything you need if you’re looking to add cosy touches to your home this winter

The Scandinavians know how to do made-for-winter interiors almost better than anyone else, so it’s no surprise that Aldi’s latest collection takes a leaf from their book.

Their faux fur pieces including a stool (€19.99), throw (€34.99), rug (€16.99), and cushion (€12.99) in three different colours should add some subtle comfort to your living room surroundings, while the LED branch lights (€16.99, available in ice white or brown) add twinkling finesse without being overly festive (it is still only October). Or if you want stronger lighting, the decorative Wood Burner Lantern (€12.99) gives a more in-depth flame effect, without the heat.

And for those who want a different kind of ambience over the coming weeks, their vibrant retro pieces will add a sixties element to any room. The Retro Corded Home Phone (€19.99) available in duck egg blue, grey or cream is particularly quirky and wouldn’t look out of place alongside the Chrome Table Lamp (€24.99) or DAB and FM Radio (€34.99).  You can also get a range of decorative LED lights and stars if you weren’t partial to the Chrome Ceiling Light (€44.99).

See more highlights from the collection in the gallery above.

The products are on sale in 139 Aldi stores nationwide from Thursday, 17th October.
