It took me twenty-four years and one wave of sartorial distress to finally realise I had a problem.
The scene: A stressful morning; my overflowing wardrobe; clothes spilling to the floor; a mountain of outfit options; and me – unable to muster up even an ounce of sartorial creativity to get me out the door. It was then that I realised my affliction was ?outfit overthinking?, and I needed a solution,’stat.
So I rediscovered the jumpsuit: the clothing equivalent of a microwave dinner – an easily digestible solution to my problem that requires no preparation time at all. And the jumpsuit is versatile too: pair a wide-leg all in one with white trainers for during the day, and amp up the wow factor with a slinky number like the Topshop one below for an ultra-feminine after-hours vibe – perfect for night. So why not fill your wardrobe with jumpsuits for every occasion, because we all need one less thing to worry about.
