The patriarchy strikes back. In this instalment, our alpha males discover new antifeminist concepts, like the manosphere and incels. Plus, Santi learns that some women tend to avoid commitment, while Raúl deals with Luz’s romantic anarchy. As Pedro’s TV series continues its development he finds that he’s in for a few surprises, and Luis must deal with his parents’ divorce, among a handful of other crises.

WEDNESDAY

With Love, Meghan, Netflix

Produced by the Duchess of Sussex, With Love, Meghan reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-tos and candid conversation with friends, new and old. Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same. Guests include Roy Choi, Mindy Kaling and Alice Waters, with additional acclaimed chefs and special friends joining along the way.

THURSDAY

A Real Bug’s Life Season 2, Disney+

Inspired by the world of Disney and Pixar’s A Bug’s Life, the Disney+ Original series from National Geographic takes us on another extraordinary adventure into the micro-bug world — where the forces of nature play out on a completely different scale and miniature creatures rely on amazing superpowers to make it through each day. From the fast-legged tiger beetle escaping the heat of Borneo’s beaches to the magical metamorphosis of a damselfly on a British pond to the Smoky Mountain luna moth whose quest is to grow wings, find love and pass on his genes all in one short night, host Awkwafina brings us on new bug journeys full of more mind-blowing behaviours and larger-than-life characters.

FRIDAY

Molly-Mae: Behind it All, Prime Video

Molly-Mae: Behind it All will take viewers beyond the headlines to uncover the real Molly-Mae Hague, following her journey after her highly publicised break-up with Tommy Fury. Throughout the series, viewers will see Molly-Mae adapt to the challenges of being a single mum all while preparing to launch her biggest business venture to date, Maebe. Balancing the demands of motherhood, the weight of her brand’s success, and the high stakes of her latest business launch, this documentary offers an unfiltered glimpse into her strength and ambition.

SATURDAY

Severance Season 2, Apple TV+

Mark Scout (Adam Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure that surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives. This daring experiment in “work-life balance” is called into question as Mark finds himself at the centre of an unravelling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work … and himself. In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe.

SUNDAY

A Complete Unknown, in cinemas nationwide

Set in the influential New York music scene of the early 60s, A Complete Unkown follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan’s (Timothée Chalamet) meteoric rise as a folk singer to concert halls and the top of the charts – his songs and mystique becoming a worldwide sensation – culminating in his groundbreaking electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.
