The wonderful Cora Murphy, founder of clinically-led homecare business The CARE Team has just been shortlisted for IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year 2014. We caught up with her to talk about getting sick loved ones home and out of hospital, keeping spirits high and the ever important ?feel good factor?.

What personality traits do you think are essential for starting a home support organisation?
