Saint Sister’s new #MadeByMusic video is an ethereal story of connections

Summer is the time for great music. Whether it’s the tunes bopping from your back garden barbeque or the roaring chorus of a festival crowd, music has a special place in summertime memories. Summers are made by music, and memories are always made when music brings people together. Three, whose support of Irish music is ever present, has tapped into the power of music for human connection with their latest venture. Their new #MadeByMusic project supports three new music videos from three of Ireland’s most exciting artists, all telling very different stories of connections; how we make them, how we break them and how music affects them all.

The #MadeByMusic project kicked off earlier this summer with the release of the video for ‘If You Love Me’ by Jafaris, one of Ireland’s most promising hip-hop stars. Directed by Shane Griffin, the connection is between two people who have one song that binds them together.

The second video was released just last week, and the result is something special. Saint Sister, made up of duo Gemma Doherty and Morgan McIntyre, take part in #MadeByMusic with their latest single ‘Causing Trouble’, which shows the intense but tender relationship between its two stars, against hauntingly dream-like music.

The single comes ahead of Saint Sister’s debut album, set to be released in October this year. The video, with appropriately dream-like sequences and gorgeous cinematography, was directed by renowned filmmaker Brendan Canty.

The last music video of Three’s series will be by the multi-talented DJ Kormac, set to be released towards the end of the summer. If Saint Sister’s video is anything to go by, we’re very excited to see the three videos side by side.

Check out their new #MadeByMusic below and let us know what you think of the brand new video:
