Recipe: New Year’s Punch

Is it too late to mull all the wine? ?Never! ‘say some, ?Perhaps?? say those who want their party to be more Brand Spanking New Year as opposed to concentrating on the dregs/leftover Roses of months gone by.

This Smirnoff New Year Sharing Punch does indeed pack a punch – some clean vodka and a botle of sparkling Prosecco? We’ll just be in the kitchen looking for a fancy bowl.

Ingredients (Serves 8. 2.5 units per serve)

Ice

250ml Smirnoff No.21

100ml Triple sec

1 bottle Prosecco

Method

Mix Smirnoff No.21 and Triple Sec

Add to bowl & top with ice & Prosecco

Stir & add lemon wheels
