Little Green Spoon’s Perfect Turkey Burgers

Little Green Spoon’s Perfect Turkey Burgers

I’m a huge burger fan. Having a great burger wrapped in fresh crunchy lettuce is one of my favourite dinners. Sometimes I like to switch it up, away from the usual beef and turkey meat tastes amazing and is packed with loads of protein. I love the subtle flavours in this recipe, from the dried rosemary to the punchy dijon mustard, these turkey burgers are mouth waveringly good!

Ingredients
400 g turkey mince
half an onion
1 whisked egg
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

Step 1: Add the turkey mince to a large bowl. Dice your onion and add it to the bowl with the mustard, rosemary and whisked egg.
Step 2: Use your hands to mix it all together and then shape the mixture into burgers your desired size.
Step 3: Heat a little olive or coconut oil in a pan on medium high heat. Add the burgers and cook until nice and crispy on both sides and cooked through. I like to serve mine with crispy lettuce wraps, tomato, pickles and fresh onion.
