Have You Tried Caveman Month Yet At Saba And Saba To Go?

The New Year is a time to start afresh; we all want to get healthy and get fit but, in today’s busy world with our time and energy is being pulled in countless directions, the quick option is often easier than the healthy option (we hear ya!) so, Caveman Month is here to offer us both.

Saba’s hugely popular Caveman Month returns to Saba and Saba To go from January 8th-28th in 2018 offering a dedicated paleo menu inspired by Saba favourites. This menu, created by head chef Taweesak Trakoolwattan, includes their Chargrilled Sliced 8oz Fillet Steak and Vietnamese Monkfish Curry to name but a few, each dish offering that authentic Saba flavour we’ve come to know and love with their same stellar focus on fresh, healthy ingredients.

So what is the Caveman way of eating? Also known as Paleo, it’s a dairy free, wheat free, soya free, and legume free healthy eating plan. This balanced approach to healthy eating has become increasingly popular among health and fitness enthusiasts over the last few years and, is a practical way of eating to suit our busy lifestyles; the perfect way to start our New Year healthy eating plan.

Paul Cadden, owner of Saba describes their Caveman Menu as ‘a hit with our customers who are trying to make those healthy lifestyle choices in the New Year’, reminding us that of course ‘food doesn’t have to be boring to be healthy’, he describes how the Saba team have worked hard on getting the flavours just right for the Paleo options in their restaurants and takeaways… we’ll have to try them for ourselves so!

Check sabatogo.com for information on their takeaway locations in Deansgrange, Rathmines and Dundrum or, why not visit one of their two restaurants locations on Baggot Street Upper or Clarendon Street.
