Gwyneth Paltrow Shares Travel Advice: ‘Find The Nearest Sauna To Sweat Out People’s Plane Germs’

So obviously we all want to be more like Gwyneth Paltrow because drinking cabbage soup and consciously uncoupling from everyone whose aura offends us is just so where it’s at. Right? Good, we can proceed.

The latest lifestyle advice from the Oscar winning actress may shock some (she eats croissants) and come as no surprise to others (when travelling, she recommends getting yourself to the nearest sauna the minute you evacuate the plane, so that you can sweat out everyone else’s germs before they invade your being and upset your chakras; ewww). She’s divisive, granted, but like her or loathe her, we can’t help but listen up every time she shares her latest pile of goop.

On the back of her new skincare line, Goop by Juice Beauty, Gwyneth’s got more pearls of wisdom for your perusal, which she shared via the New York Times. First of all *STOP THE PRESS* she likes to keep hydrated with this atomic cocktail that sees one part oxygen married with two parts hydrogen (so yeah, that’s water). She also likes to take a lot of vitamins. ?I drink tons of water, and I have a vitamin sachet that I put in it. Also, I moisturise my skin and put on a mask. I try not to eat rubbish either. I’ll pack salad and fruit. If I’m going on an overnight flight, I’ll drink whiskey or a glass of wine and then go to sleep, but on day flights, I try not to drink.”

*Orders a round of whiskey sours.

?When I land, I try to find a sauna to sit in for 20 minutes to help me sweat out all the germs from the plane.? Because that’s super feasible for us mere mortals, somewhere between Heathrow and the tube.

But here’s where it takes a major turn for the books. When on holiday, Gwyneth, who we suspected spent her mornings steaming her vagina actually likes to kick back with an altogether relaxed approach to food: ?When I’m traveling, I would rather eat what I want and come home and tighten it up. I don’t want to be in Paris and not have a croissant or goose fat potatoes. I love pasta in Italy, bread and cheese in Spain and wine everywhere. You don’t have to indulge all day, every day, but I think it’s important to your psyche to have flexibility and genuinely enjoy the food wherever you are.?

Goose fat potatoes!
