This is a podcast about eating, in which Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) invites her guests to open up about food and the way in which they morph into a human hoover, so to speak. It’s fun, honest and is sure to resonate with anyone who consumes food in any way.

2. Evil Genius

Each week, comedian Russell Kane and his guests examine the back story of one of the great cultural icons throughout history, and weigh up the good against the bad. So far, it’s featured everyone from Steve Jobs to Roald Dahl, Gandhi and John Lennon. Brace yourself for many revelations about people you once thought could do no wrong.

3. The Gateway

A truly fascinating listen, here we follow Jennings Brown as he interviews internet sensation and “spiritual leader” Teal Swan. Teal denies that she is a cult leader throughout, but you’ll see that the things she says and does suggest otherwise. Brown goes on to interview her followers too, in an effort to figure out whether Teal’s advice and actions may have directly led to the suicide of a woman named Leslie.

Here, Lance Reenstierna and Tim Pilleri dive into one of the great unsolved museum mysteries and art thefts of all time, when 13 priceless paintings (including masterpieces by Vermeer, Degas, and Rembrandt) were stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston 28 years ago.

5. Welcome To LA

Ever been tempted to take a chance on the glitz and glamour world of LA? Throughout this podcast, we hear the realities of what lies beyond the dream – the seedy motels, the yacht parties that end on the rocks, the mirage of Hollywood hopefuls whose stories seem too crazy to be true... Welcome to Los Angeles is the bubble-bursting reality hit that we all need in these Kardashian times.
