Expect more awkward interviews. The first movie isn't released until Valentine's Day, yet Fifty Shades sequels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, are already planned.
The movie adaptation of best-selling erotica novel Fifty Shades of Grey hasn't even hit cinema screens yet, but two sequels have already been announced. Director Sam Taylor-Johnson and stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson shared the news at a fan screening of the hotly anticipated movie last Friday in New York, MTV reports.
This isn't exactly out-of-the-blue news. The novel has two sequels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, and considering the first book sold 100 million copies there's already a built-in fandom eager to see this very modern love story on screen.
The movie itself has broken pre-ticket sales records, having become the fastest-selling R-rated'movie with in movie history.
The movie arrives in Irish cinemas this Friday. Will you bother seeing what all the fuss is about? What with all the clips that have been released, is there even any point in paying for a ticket?
