Coconut Cucumber Martini

No cocktail can really be that healthy, but as this one is as good (for you) as?it gets! Simple, refreshing and so delicious, these might be a little too easy?to drink!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
4 Shots of Hendricks Gin
600ml of Coconut Water

Step 1: Chop your cucumber in half and juice one half (If you don’t have a juicer?you can whizz it up in a blender and squeeze it through cheese cloth or use?a sieve).

Step 2: Use the other half of the cucumber as garnish. I like to spiralize mine and?twist it around the inside of the glass before pouring the liquid in, then it?floats up to the top in gorgeous swirls.

Step 3: Add 4 shots of Hendrick’s gin to a cocktail shaker with 4 shots of the fresh?cucumber juice and some ice and shake it well.

Step 4: Divide the cucumber gin evenly between your 4 glasses, top each with?coconut water up to the brim and serve!
