The Wildmoor property, which is the Bouvier family’s original home is being sold by Sotheby’s

The ‘Wildmoor’ property, childhood home of former First Lady Jackie Kennedy, is on the U.S property market for $7.5 million.

The Bouvier’s summer house, which they owned for decades, was built in 1895, and was the childhood home of both ‘Blackjack’ Bouvier and his daughter Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy.

The Kennedys would host family weekend polo matches in a nearby field and entertained friends in the home. The house is located in East Hampton, New York, just a short walk from the beach.

Jackie Kennedy lived in Manhattan during the year and would spend her summers in the country home.

The home boasts a beautiful traditional wraparound porch, as well as a gabled roof and Palladian windows.
