5 gorgeous cottages in West Cork under €200,000 that are ready to move into

Whether you're into quaint and crumbly or modern and bright, there is a stunning collection of cottages for sale in West Cork that are in turnkey condition.

Anyone lucky enough to have travelled to or lived in West Cork knows it’s wild and wonderful beauties. Lusher than the rocky wilderness of the Burren or mountainous marshes of Connemara, it's a place of breathtaking vistas, quaint and colourful towns and plenty of creative minds. Who wouldn't want to live there?

It's also undoubtedly an expensive place to buy. According the April 2020 report from the National Statistics Office, Kinsale is the most expensive Eircode to buy outside of Dublin, Bray and Greystones, with a median house price of €345,000.

However, there are still some cracking homes to be snapped up for well below this. Here is just a taste of the cosy cottages for under €200,000 that are ready to move into.
