WIN: A hamper packed with the new dairy free range from innocent, plus two tickets to see Deliciously Ella

WIN: A hamper packed with the new dairy free range from innocent, plus two tickets to see Deliciously Ella

According to the National Dairy Council, more than 40% of Irish women have already switched from cow’s milk to plant-based alternatives. Whether they’re making the switch for health or environmental reasons, there’s no doubt dairy free lifestyles are becoming more popular. Lucky for us, the availability of dairy free products is increasing as a result. Not only has innocent launched its own unsweetened almond drink, but also a delicious hazelnut drink and oat drink.

The new innocent range is a great example of dairy free drinks in their purest form. Free from additives, stabilisers and funny business; they’re perfect in tea, lattes, cereal and more. With just three ingredients (roasted almonds, spring water and a touch of sea salt) the almond drink is naturally dairy free and suitable for vegans. What’s more, it’s a good source of vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ella Mills, author and founder of Deliciously Ella, has been living a vegan lifestyle for years. She doesn’t eat meat, nor does she consume animal products such as milk, cheese or eggs. Why? Because she’s healthier without them. One of the biggest changes she made was switching from cow’s milk to almond milk. Writing on her blog, the entrepreneur said, “I love almond milk. It’s so beautifully smooth and creamy. It tastes perfect with granola or mixed into smoothies for breakfast, and as a milk substitute in every recipe; I use it in everything from baking to breakfast and even things like soups.”

On 4th September, IMAGE will be hosting a Deliciously Ella event in partnership with innocent at Medley Dublin. Here Ella will share her top tips on leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle. To celebrate, we’re giving one lucky winner a hamper packed with the new dairy free range from innocent, plus a pair of tickets for the event. There will be champagne and canapes, so you won’t want to miss it.
