The best earrings, necklaces and rings to have you ready for party season

The best earrings, necklaces and rings to have you ready for party season

There are some people who feel completely exposed without a necklace on, while rings are a necessity for many, and others can’t live without a statement earring. An outfit is never fully complete without some fancy bling. You could be wearing an all-black ensemble, but throw on a pair of red-tasselled earrings, and hey, you’re a new woman. You can tell a lot about a person by their jewellery. Something bold, loud and crafty? I picture an artistic soul. Women into fine gold jewellery are fabulously sophisticated, while glitzy rings are for girls with an attitude.

Lately I’ve been seeing a LOT of statement pieces around, and I’m very into it. AW18 designers showcased some serious jewel-worthy potential for Christmas party season. Chloé and Jacquemus brought delicate nature-inspired designs with leaf earrings and necklaces, while Maison Margiela was all about futuristic rings. I suggest opting for unique designs and unexpected details, but no matter the style, you can wear your jewels throughout winter with knitted turtlenecks and straight-leg jeans for some extra oomph. The more eye-catching, the better.

So dazzle yourself up because who doesn’t want their outfit to pop? Shop my edit of the best earrings, necklaces and rings that will have you ready for party season before anyone else.
