Shearling Worth Saving Up For

I aspire to own a sheepskin?coat. I've been aspiring to this for a long time, since I lived in London in the noughties and found the most?outrageously luxurious jacket?in a North London boutique,?which?was so wildly out of my price range then that it was like something from?a dream.

There's a couple of coats on my radar right now, and a few other?pieces in sheepskin that cost a lot less than a mortgage payment! Here are a few of my favourites.

I love the utterly traditional design of this reversible coat. It reminds me of Ali McGraw in the seventies, but it's been styled in such a modern way with a bold gold choker and culottes.

This is an expensive hat admittedly, but it offers a more accessible way to introduce this gorgeous texture?to your wardrobe.?How warm will this piece keep you through winter?

The dyed wool of this bag?looks really distinctive and elevates a very standard-shaped tote into something special. I really like how the earthy autumnal hues are punctuated by a graphic white stripe.

Sheepskin tote, Tory Burch, €816.94 at

This classic biker jacket is enhanced with?an oversized sheepskin collar for a very contemporary, but still cosy, look. I like how it's been styled with feminine layers of floaty sheer for a boy-meets-girl vibe.
