Parisian brand Sandro is opening its first Irish boutique

If you’re a lover of chic Parisian tailoring and modern design, Sandro is the perfect brand — and even better, it’s now at Kildare Village.

French style favourite Sandro will open its first standalone boutique in Ireland this week, launching to the public this Friday, June 28 at Kildare Village.

The brand, well known amongst the Irish fashion set for its clean lines and sophisticated aesthetic, will stock both menswear and womenswear at its new location in the outlet village — no doubt great news for fans who want to shop on a budget.

There will also be a limited edition gift available to some of Sandro’s first customers at Kildare Village with their purchase.

Sandro will join the ranks of The Kooples, Diane von Furstenberg, Kurt Geiger, Reiss and AllSaints, in what is an already impressive range of boutiques at Kildare Village.

Sandro’s history

The history of the brand dates back to the 1980’s, when founder and creative director Evelyne Chetrite created Sandro with a vision of a new women’s aesthetic — modern, sophisticated, a hint of androgyny while still maintaining its playful and feminine look. Stemming from this seminal vision, Evelyne’s son Ilan launched Sandro Homme in 2008, focusing on revisited menswear classics with a modern twist.

Coming into the summer and with this wonderful sunshine, Sandro is the perfect brand to stock up on playful florals, floaty silhouettes with light tulle and silk dresses and blouses, and feminine tailoring in their iconic pastel suits.

Keep an eye out for all of these trends, plus many to keep in mind for the winter months, in Kildare Village this weekend.
