There is an ‘anything goes’ atmosphere throughout London town as editors, designers, buyers and press flock to and from the show spaces. From cerulean blue trench coats to structured blazers, a rainbow of colour and London’s love-affair with white shoes, it has been an exciting weekend for street style.

Accessories are diverse and range from bright and colourful to subtle and understated. Sunglasses are anything but traditional black but instead are swapped for square orange frames, burgundy cat-eyes and white half-moons. Shoes come in varying heights and are accompanied by the perfect handbag, with this year’s handbags of choice coming from Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Chanel or J.W Anderson.

Bright suits are a power-play and striking new colour combinations are fresh and appealing for spring and autumn (see the mint suit and red bag in the gallery above to see what we mean). Trousers come in varying lengths too, and if the London weather acts up, a draped trench coat should offer you the perfect refuge (fingers crossed that London doesn’t get the torrential downpours that New York saw last week).

London Fashion Week is one of the largest fashion events in any reputable fashion insider, the week-long event is due to end on Thursday, February 22nd. Scroll through our street-style portfolio above to see out favourite street style moments from #LFW8.
