Five Pairs Of To-Die-For Earrings To Try This Weekend

Five Pairs Of To-Die-For Earrings To Try This Weekend

Forget statement necklaces, as the party season approaches, it’s all about head-turning, eye-popping earrings. Here are five fabulous pairs to lust after now.

Chandelier earrings can sometimes feel a little generic, but these jaguar drop earrings are so unique. I like the mix of silver and black metal too, as it adds a further edge to these quirky but beautiful earrings.

Admittedly there’s a pattern emerging here, because I also love these snake coiled studs from Dublin boutique Loulerie. Animal motifs seem to be a bit of a “thing” in fashion right now. I like how the snake design brings a certain unexpectedness to these elegant, crystal-encrusted studs.

This pretty, watercolour shade of blue disguises, at first glance, that these elegant beads are, in fact, skulls. It’s a clever contrast that adds a real point of interest to these gorgeous drop earrings.

€75 at MoMuse

Mango is a great source of inexpensive high fashion clothes and accessories right now. The graphic nature of these drop earrings appeals to my aesthetic, and the €9.99 price tag appeals to my pocket!

These earrings from Spanish online retailer Bimba Y Lola are a subtle but very beautiful options. I love the watery shade of teal and the slightly misshapen discs.
