Call to entry for Irish Fashion Industry Awards at Kerry Fashion Week 2016 in association with Image Magazine.

Entry is now OPEN for the 2016 Irish Fashion Industry Awards at Kerry Fashion Week in association with Image Magazine. Here at Image, we are so proud to be a part of these?awards – celebrating and recognising everyone working in the Irish Fashion Industry from emerging talents to established names. As well as categories for fashion and accessory designers, there are also awards for those that make it all happen behind the scenes . . . including make-up artists, fashion stylists, hair stylists, photographers, bloggers, models and retailers. Entry is?FREE?and there are 16 categories in total. Those wishing to be considered can?enter themselves?or can?nominate someone?who deserves to be awarded for their work. The?KFW judging panel is?Melanie Morris, our Editor in Chief at Image Publications (chairperson of the judging panel); Bairbre Power, Fashion Editor, Irish Independent and Executive Editor, Weekend Magazine and Helen Cody, womenswear designer and last year’s winner of Irish Fashion Designer of the Year at KFW.

Closing date for entries is strictly Friday 5th of February. The overall winners will be announced at the Irish Fashion Industry Awards ceremony on?Friday 4th of March 2016 in the Hotel Europe & Resort,?Killarney, County Kerry. This is the highlight event of KFW €16, and a full programme of all other KFW shows and events will be announced at official press launch on Monday 25th of January.
