Highlights include the youngest Jury Member in the history of the festival, actress Elle Fanning in a silk peach Gucci dress with exaggerated cape, and then in a voluptuous floral Valentino Coutre gown, Selena Gomez's knitted Chanel two-piece and Chloë Sevigny, who opted for a Mugler thigh-high split gown for the occasion has us wondering why she's not featured more on red carpets.
