Boutique clothes at high-street prices? Here’s the label that delivers both

Boutique clothes at high-street prices? Here’s the label that delivers both

The reason IMAGE’s Boutique Awards were so popular earlier this year is because women love boutique clothes. Of course they do. Boutiques offer unique pieces, individual items that you’re unlikely to see another woman in your office wearing. They’re filled with clothes that feel special because not everyone else has them. Well, I’ve found a label that claims to offer boutique clothes at high-street prices.

I’ve yet to buy from Sale To Lady but I will very soon because I’m determined to find out whether or not that old cliché is true: if it looks too good to be true, then it is. The site is populated with items worthy of any street style star’s wardrobe, but at pocket-friendly prices. Everything looks fresh and new, not copy-cat imitations of designer items.

It was this green print dress that first caught my eye on Instagram. I assumed it was by some emerging designer I’d yet to hear off with a ridiculous waiting list of clients and a price tag with as many zeros as the number of women on that list. But no. It costs €30.33 (reduced from €60.88). I did a double take too. I keep visualising myself in this elegant piece; with slouchy boots one day, trainers another. The print is dramatic, but anchored by black it feels chic and sophisticated. The silhouette is so grown up… so Victoria Beckham. I’m obsessed!

Next I found this bohemian, bell-sleeved dress. There’s nothing bohemian about my style, but I love it. If we were heading into April rather than October I’d have snapped this up in a heartbeat. The print looks so modern, plus it has pockets! It’s contemporary and cool, and again, it costs just €32.17 (reduced from €63.48).

If I’ve whetted your appetite for Sale To Lady, here’s a few more pieces to mull over.

Striped maxi dress, €26.08 (was €56.53)

Flared fringe denim, €48.70 (was €97.40)

Velvet-look joggers, €23.48 (was €71.31)
