Get the inside track on the Irish media scene from three of Ireland’s leading industry experts and learn how your story can hit the headlines.

IMAGE, in?association?with Brown Thomas and KBC Bank Ireland, are delighted to announce details of the November networking?breakfast taking place at The Marker Hotel in Dublin’s Docklands on?November?12. With a theme of?Meet the Media Makers, an expert panel of’speakers?(to be announced shortly) will give guests the scoop on the Irish media industry.?Plus you’ll get to network with other amazing professional women- the very people you need to know to help you?grow?your?business?and career.

Speakers include Susan Daly, editor of?thejournal.ie,?Cilian Fennell of Stillwater Communications?and Yvonne Judge, journalist, media consultant and award-winning producer.

Susan Daly, editor of thejournal.ie, has seen thejournal.ie become one of Ireland’s leading sources of breaking news, reaching one million visitors per month, and is now recognised as one of the most influential players on the Irish media scene.

Cilian Fennell, co-director of Stillwater? Communications,?began his successful career ?in television as producer of?programmes such as The Late ?Late Show, Saturday Night with ?Miriam and The Dunphy Show, and later as Head of Programming at TG4. Cilian currently works as a strategic advisor and communications coach to some of the world’s biggest organisations.

As the first female editor on RT? 2fm, Yvonne Judge steered flagship shows including Ryan Tubridy’s Full Irish, The Tubridy Show on RT? Radio 1, as well as Marian Finucane, Liveline and The Gerry Ryan Show. She started in RT? as a sports presenter and reporter on The Gerry Ryan Show. Prior to that, she was a sports and features writer with The Irish Press Group and was the first woman to win Irish Sports Journalist of the Year. Yvonne now considers herself a social media evangelist.
