Chief Operating Officer, St Vincents University Hospital
With 32 years' industry experience, Kay Connolly has received multiple promotions since joining St. Vincent's University Hospital culminating to her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Kay is known for driving change and quality improvement. Kay provides leadership, management and clinical expertise to ensure the efficient running of one of Ireland's largest acute level 4 hospitals with a staff complement of over 2,500. Working alongside senior management in implementing the hospital's strategic objectives, Kay is the first female appointment to this level within the management structure in 15 years.
Television Producer and Programme Maker
Debbie has launched and developed some of Ireland's best-known TV shows. Following a successful career on breakfast TV with Sky UK, Debbie created IrelandAM, a highly successful format that for 17 years provided a daily platform for waking nation. Debbie then moved on to further success with TV3, creating Xpose and leading the team from strength to strength. A Senior Manager in TV3, in her current role as Head of Daytime, Debbie provides the vision for content, presentation and attitude.
Director, Stillwater Communications
Natasha Fennell is a Directo with Stillwater Communications and is one of Ireland's leading communications experts and confidence coaches. She has also spent time working as a reporter with RTE and Director of Fundraising with Fianna Fail. Natasha set up Stillwater Communications 11 years ago in order to help organisations and individuals discover, develop and tell their stores. She works with a broad range of clients including Diageo, VHI, RTE, Brown Thomas and Arnotts. Her first book, The Daughterhood, with Roisin Ingle is a number one bestseller in Ireland and has been published internationally.
