Need some last minute Saturday plans? why not take part in The Dublin school O Millinery hat making course this morning, at 10AM at their studio in Portobello. Suitable for beginners, this course will help you get to grips with a classic millinery fabric by creating a unique felt cocktail hat for any season. Using a felt millinery hood, block and manipulate your shape over a wooden block.
