VSO Ireland flagship fundraising event Chic at the Shelbourne returned for its seventh year to the 5* Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin 2 on Wednesday 7th December.

Hosted by Brendan Courtney and sponsored by Hays Recruitment, Chic raised vital funds for VSO’s health, education and livelihoods programmes overseas. Guests were treated to a champagne reception, delicious three-course meal and fashion show with designs from Louis Copeland, Olivia Danielle, Suzie Mahony, Deborah Veale and Areeda Fabrics by Abiola.

VSO volunteers were also present to talk about their experiences and how donations make such an impact in the world’s poorest communities.
