When somebody like Emma Watson or Leonardo DiCaprio steps up to the plate to make a real change in the world, we see the positive side to celebrity: the platform it can give those who really want to make a difference, the voice through which an important message can be carried. While Miss Watson gave her speech at the UN for equal rights for men and women, here we have DiCaprio urging the powers that be to stop looking upon climate change as though it was some sort of fictional story, and accept fact as fact.

He really cares so hear him out (and try your best not to be distracted by that hideous hair/beard combination. Let’s just hope that’s for an upcoming movie role and not some hairy protest against global warming.)
