Cast Of Bring It On Reunite And 'Cliff' Is Very Hot

Entertainment Weekly are all about the reunions in their 25th anniversary double issue. First they whetted our apetite by bringing the cast of Felicity (which Senior Editor Jeanne Sutton describes as 'the best show of all time', she's 26 years of age) back together, and now they've gone one step further and reunited the gang from Bring It On, otherwise known as the best teen movie ever made.

If you didn't watch this cheerleading-based, inspirational teen hit at least twenty times, singing along to 'Oh Mickey, you're so fine' as the final credits rolled, you were robbed of your adolescence. Torrance, played by Kirsten Dunst, is all about team spirit, 'cheerocracy' and the odd basket toss (yes, we consulted a cheerleading glossary for that). She's got a hot college boyfriend but about twenty seconds into the movie, we realise he's a total douche. Good thing she's too focused on her cheerleading career to spend time stressing out over boyfriend drama. Having been handed the torch to lead the troops to Nationals, Torrance, with the help of Tomboy Missy (Eliza Dushku) who's a slick gymnast and a welcome addition to the team, despite her intolerance of high-school bimbos, discovers that their failsafe routines have been stolen from a bad-ass squad from Compton. Yes, gasp, shock. Sh*t gets very real, very quickly and the sassiness is through the roof, allowing for the phrase after which the movie was named. As an additional sweetener, we have Missy's hot, goofy older brother - Cliff - who falls hard for Torrance, and though they're an unlikely pairing at the movie's outset, by the end, he's schooled her in the ways of The Clash and we can safely assume they go on to have lots of sex and cheerleading babies. As for the fate of their squad? We refused to watch the 'sequels' but thankfully, we've got Kirsten Dunst, Gabrielle Union, Eliza Dushku and Jesse Bradford back on one couch fifteen years since the movie's release to ponder their career-defining characters. (Granted, Kirsten Dunst had many amazing roles before and after this but still, she's got a sweet spot for this romantic teen comedy).

Fans of the movie, enjoy. Also, are these actors impervious to age? All that appears to have changed is that Kirsten Dunst voice is less high-pitched and Jesse Bradford is even more attractive than he was back then.

An excerpt from their group chat in the 25th anniversary issue, and a video below.

BRADFORD Did we hook up? Well, there was certainly a degree to which, walking around that set, I felt like a very lucky guy and got to meet a lot of very pretty girls who were interested in talking to me. [Laughs]
UNION We were really close to Tijuana, we were away from home, we had money - you know, at the time, a $100 per diem is quite a bit.
DUSHKU There are some rumors online about our extracurricular activities, but I maintain that I always showed up to work on time. Without having to be yelled at by a producer.
BRADFORD I would love to set the record straight about that, if you want the truth - or maybe the truth with some omissions. First of all, it was Rosarito, not Tijuana. It was me, Eliza, Rini Bell, and this dude Lance, one of the male cheerleaders on the Toros. I'm gonna blur the details of how and why, but needless to say, we got arrested. We had to go in front of a judge - I use that term loosely here - and explain what happened, and he let us go? They said that one of the producers, Max Wong, had to bail us out, but I don't think any of them knew what happened until well after the fact.
DUSHKU Thank God for those little disposable cameras that nobody ever really developed, so we never ended up on TMZ.
UNION First rule of Fight Club, don't talk about Fight Club. There were a lot of adventures, I will say that. [Laughs]
DUNST I had no idea everyone was out partying! I was just happy that it was the summer and I didn't have to do schoolwork. I had everyone over to my house and had a pool party once, but my mom was there.
DUSHKU She was a precocious teenager, Kirsten, so she was pretty on it and had a good time keeping up. Even though we were a bit older, she got the humor and madness.
