This Country House Is Showing Our Favourite Rom Coms This Weekend

Are you already a bit bored at the Bank Holiday Weekend ideas being touted on WhatsApp? How about ignoring the promise of frazzled rollovers and pay attention to the shindig Tattersalls Country House are putting together. This weekend the wedding destination is hosting Love on the Lawn, a romantic outdoors cinema event just a half an hour from Dublin. Get messaging and suggesting, this sounds pretty swell.

The movies up for watching are exactly what you want when beloved romantic movies spring to mind. On Saturday When Harry Met Sally kicks off at 9 pm.

And of course, no romantic movie weekend would be complete without it’s modern patron saint, Pretty Woman. Watch Richard Gere and Julia Roberts fall in love despite the rules of movie society on Sunday night.

Tickets cost €10 per person each night, and that includes a refreshing glass of sparkling cider Dalliance 2013. There’s a pop-up bar from the artisan crew at Craigies, and Burger Republic are just some of the foodie folks putting on a spread.
