The Little Green Spoon Yoga Brunch

The Little Green Spoon Yoga Brunch

What happens when you combine three of our favourite things (yoga, brunch and The Little Green Spoon) at one of our favourite places (The Dean) – Guilt-free, feel-good craic is what. If our Dream Sunday looks like your Dream Sunday, it will involve enough sun saluting and clean eating to set you up for the week ahead and it will look like this??Restorative yoga led by the very bendy and very smiley Katie Parsons (a nutritionist and psychiatric nurse by trade) and a scrummy brunch masterminded by The Little Green Spoon’s Indy Power.unnamed-2

It all happens at The Dean Sunday, September 27th, 11am-2pm. Naturally, the menu is gluten-free with paleo, vegan and dairy-free options.Green Eggs Royale

This pair of well-being entrepreneurs radiate good health and positivity and their approachability and enthusiasm for healthy living is infectious so the whole shindig should be just what the (alternative) doctor ordered if you’re looking for a good way to counter-balance normal?weekend frolics. They’re hoping to make it a regular fixture like their’sold-out yoga dinners in Stoneybatter’s Slice. The nicest thing about these get togethers is the mood- they’re really convivial and yet very Zen.
