The Future of Make-Up is Here with YSl Beaut

Beauty’s about to go all kinds of high tech. On March 11th, Yves Saint Laurent Beaut? will introduce the very first Google Glass makeup tutorial exclusively at Dublin’s Brown Thomas’ hotly anticipated spring summer beauty event.

So what’s it all about? We’re talking complete user-centric experiences here, so much more than holding up a mirror to your finished look.

This innovative collaboration between YSL Beaut? and Google Glass aims to capture makeup application through the eyes of the professional enabling a truly subjective viewpoint.? These video tutorials will offer a unique tool to consumers, empowering them to replicate the same makeup look at home.? Thanks to the technology of Google Glass, the retail experience has now become a personalised, educational moment which is accessible to all.

Each customer’s personalised make up experience will be recorded and they will receive preliminary advice along with an extensive step-by-step tutorial.? The video will then be emailed to them later that day along with their video tutorial footage,??before and after? photos and the list of suggested YSL Beaut? products used with direct links to buy.

If you’re keen to get involved, get booking! Appointments will cost €35, however, that price is totally redeemable against YSL products.

Hooray!
