Guests were welcomed to a drinks reception in the new S? Collective space (now located in the centre of the Village, beside Starbucks and opposite Moncler) and given the opportunity to explore the designs and meet with a number of Irish designers, housed at the store.

Following this, guests sat down to an al-fresco long table dinner, in the beautiful, lush, seasonal surroundings, which created an impressive ambiance and beautiful setting.
A specially curated menu by Imen McDonnell and Cliodhna Prendergast, of Lens & Larder, was served to guests, comprising Valentia Harbour Lobster and Turf Smoked Connemara Lamb Surf & Turf, accompanied by potatoes with herbs and mixed salad greens from Uncle Matt’s Farm.

A selection of small plates were served to guests in advance of the main course, including Charred Summer Carrot, White Bean Hummus and Carrot Top Pesto and an Atlantic Seawood Broth with Wild Samphire.

The landscape and garden installations were curated by Nikki Tibbles, who was also in attendance on the evening.
