On Saturday, April 8th,?guests were invited to take a front seat at this season’s hottest fashion show at the Arnotts Style Sessions hosted by top TV personality?Amanda Byram.

Summer glitz and glamour were the order of the day at Arnotts Style Sessions on Saturday to celebrate SS17 with TV personality and stylist to the stars Amanda Byram. Guests were lucky enough to take a front-row seat at the exclusive Arnotts fashion show hosted by Amanda and editor-in-chief Melanie Morris. As well as the stylish catwalk, the Dancing With The Stars presenter shared her secrets to staying fit and super-stylish, where she’ll be shopping this season and how she’ll wear the trends with the crowd. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed a sip of prosecco?before the catwalks began.

Amanda began by explaining her own personal style using what she calls her “fashion rule of thumb” which is to always be comfortable because, as she says, “if you’re not comfortable, you won’t be confident”. After living in sunny California for the guts of seven years, Amanda adopted a very boho-chic and athleisure style to suit the weather and her lifestyle but confessed that since returning to Ireland and the UK she has difficulty dressing for the weather.

Next, the catwalk began showcasing five looks including athleisure, weekend glam, holiday trends, sophisticated summer looks, and occasion wear. Of course, all looks featured were then available in-store for guests to try on and purchase.

Amanda’s favourite pieces throughout the show included Karen Millen jeans and an amazing skirt by Caroline Kilkenny which truly wowed the audience. Ending the conversation with her key pieces to buy this season, Amanda suggested investing in a pair of good flat sandals, athleisure pieces, something in blush tones, a light-coloured mac, and a smile, “because you’re never fully dressed without a smile”.

And the end of the fashion session, guests could happily go and shop every product featured in the catwalk show.
