Last night, our sold out Mentoring Workshop in association with Enterprise Ireland was held in the five-star Merrion Hotel. Leading the workshop was Career Psychologist & Educational Consultant with A Career To Love, Sin?ad Brady.?

Guests were welcomed with delicious canap’s and a glass of Mo?t Imp?rial champagne; while Mo?t & Chandon Brand Ambassador, Julie Dupouy introduced us to a new way of serving champagne, in a white wine glass to savour the fruit. As our attendees?took to their seats they found luxurious gifts from SkinCeuticals, Lily O’Briens and a Show Dry blow dry voucher from Show Haircare.

IMAGE Editor-in-Chief, Melanie Morris opened the evening with a few words; before Sin?ad began her talk. She discussed the differences between expected and unexpected change, how to develop appropriate tools to manage stress and expectation and also helped everyone devise a clear strategy to negotiate change. She did this with plenty of anecdotes to keep the crowd entertained. Sin?ad also encouraged everyone to write down at least one goal they would like to achieve in their own lives and noted the importance of putting ideas to paper.?

After a thoroughly enjoyable evening of learning & luxury, two lucky attendees won brunch for two in the Cellar Bar at The Merrion Hotel while another went away with a bottle of Mo?t Imp?rial Champagne for sharing their Mo?t moment.?

All in all, it was a fabulous evening and now we are all ready to tackle any changes that may come our way in work, life & home.?
