Through a considered trend direction, the Marks and Spencer Autumn Winter 16 aesthetic is revived and refreshed for a new season.?Their latest collection consists of an?elegant layering of fabrics and a complementary colour palette depict a fresh maturity across the season; verging from the classic to the decorative. They are all about covetable separates; textured knitwear, tailored jackets, patterned skirts.
M&S covers all of this season’s trends over five key themes, including The Big Easy -?languid lines enhanced by crisp whites, butterscotch leather and blurred prints – Metropolis – a modern construction of layers and tonality, with a sleek and minimal aesthetic – and Romantic Explorer – moody blooms and khaki hues meet contrasting leathers and fluid dresses. Their Eccentrics collection is more daring, consisting of jacquards, jewels, and emboldened print?and for an evening look, Into The Night has pieces swathed in velvet and dramatic lace.
