Le Drunch

Le Drunch

Always first in line to pick up on the latest food trends, The Marker has recently jumped onto the fashion that is taking Paris by storm ? Le Drunch. Before you scoff, allow us to explain. Whilst brunch is now the staple social occasion that allows you to feel you live a fulfilled and virtuous life because you got up before midday on the weekend, Le Drunch takes into account the fact that you do not always succeed at hoisting yourself out of bed of a Sunday morn. Le Drunch is the answer, as it happens in the cosy slot between 2 and 5 pm filling that vacant dinner-lunch spot you’ve longed for. The menu includes Bloody Marys, huevos rancheros, steak, Bellini, retro desserts and shared charcuterie platters, thus satisfying whatever a befuddled head might want of a Sunday afternoon. A DJ is also on the premises to soothe any pounding heads with some ambient beats. We’ve been before and we’ll be heading again this Sunday.
