Our Jo Linehan spoke to members of the Irish diaspora about returning home for Christmas this year.

Currently based Philadelphia Going home to?Dublin

You may remember Jemma from the pages of IMAGE, where her ?hip? wedding was featured – the founder of HipHip wedding planners has upped sticks and relocated with husband James English to Philadelphia, where she works at clothing and lifestyle brand Free People. ?I love coming home for my traditional Christmas Eve mates? lunch in Coppinger Row, the carol singers on Grafton Street, after-shopping drinks in The Shelbourne, exchanging gifts at midnight with my family on Christmas Eve (we’re impatient!), my mom’s Christmas dinner, the Brown Thomas sale, New Year’s Eve in Dingle … but most of all, spending time with my favourite people in the world during my favourite time of year, in the city I luckily get to call home.?
