Ruth Hetherington is the owner and creator of the triple award winning Teatox, Miss Fit Skinny Tea. She started her business in 2015 after months of selling loom bands at weekends to get her seed capital. Her business has just turned over €1 million and her products are stocked in almost 2,000 pharmacies & health stores in Ireland & the UK. The Miss Fit team now consists of 8 people. She recently created her second product, The D by Miss Fit Skinny Tea, which is a high strength formulation of the much-needed vitamin D and that has been nominated for an award already. Her third product will launch in May of this year and she aims to have a range of supplements by the end of year.
