Kasha Connolly, owner & creative director of Hazel Mountain Chocolate, awarded 3rd best chocolate in the World Chocolate Competition in 2015. She comes from a?background in fashion and natural food industry in Poland. After moving to Dublin, she worked for a multinational then decided to follow her passion. She has published two cookbooks since participating in the interview with Nigella Lawson on the Late Late show in 2015. Her company is a market leader in bean to bar chocolate in Europe.

Ruth started Appassionata Flowers nearly 10 years ago with her now husband Ultan, they now have a shop on Drury Street and a studio on South Cumberland Street.
