Owner and creative director, Hazel Mountain?Chocolate?
Kasha Connolly, owner & creative director of Hazel Mountain Chocolate, awarded 3rd best chocolate in the World Chocolate Competition in 2015. She comes from a?background in fashion and natural food industry in Poland. After moving to Dublin, she worked for a multinational then decided to follow her passion. She has published two cookbooks since participating in the interview with Nigella Lawson on the Late Late show in 2015. Her company is a market leader in bean to bar chocolate in Europe.

Ruth started Appassionata Flowers nearly 10 years ago with her now husband Ultan, they now have a shop on Drury Street and a studio on South Cumberland Street. Together with their talented team which is a combination of florists, drivers, operations staff and creative director Kasia, they have created a design led flower business that not only makes imaginative displays for weekly contracts & brand events but also produces beautiful blooms for weddings of all shapes & sizes. Appassionata also delivers bouquets and gifts for all occasions and has a shop on Drury Street filled with all things blooming be they cut flowers & plants along with gifts for & from the garden and provides a large- scale design-led floristry service for many leading venues, hotels and restaurants. Appassionata continues to flourish with an addition of a new flower school this year.
