LastnightsawDublin’s best-dressed fashion figures and well-known guests attend the Dublin Fashion Festival’s young Designer of the Year show. The guests were treated to a delightful design extravaganza on the Catwalk, where young designers got a chance to show their raw talents.
Out of all the fantastic contestants, Katie Donohoe from Griffith College was crowned winner of this years title.

Another winner was also announced on the night, Lisa?Griffin who won the Canon Young Photographer of the Year competition, her prize includes €500 worth of Canon products and a lifetime experience opportunity of attending the London Fashion Week starting next week, where she will have the chance to photograph a Fashion Show.
This Canon competition is a new one for the Dublin Fashion Festival this year and featured some phenomenal talent.

The Dublin Fashion Festival takes place from the 7th until the 13th of September, and we gathered some lovely free events that are worth your time and consideration this year.
