What to Cook Tonight: Spicy Penne & Smoked Trout

Spicy Penne & Smoked Trout ?

Serves 2

Ingredients
100g wholegrain penne pasta
1 leek, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
? red chilli pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
100ml cr’me fra?che
150g smoked trout
pumpkin seeds

Method
Cook the penne as per the instructions on the pack.

Fry the leek with the garlic, chilli and tomato. Stir in the cr’me fra?che and heat through.

Pour the sauce over the penne and garnish with the smoked trout. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
