Calling all who bake (and those who wish they could): the Great British Bake Off is back tonight (yay!), and hence our Wednesday nights will be filled with the glares of Paul Hollywood, the twinkle of Mary Berry, soggy bottoms and cake, delicious cake. We look at five Instagram accounts that are the perfect scrolling accompaniment during Bake Off season.
Joy The Baker
Further proof one should never scorn the home baker. A Louisiana-based home-taught baker who’s got one cookbook out and another coming soon. Whenever we weren’t moaning about Carrie’s grossly unrealistic writer lifestyle in SATC, we couldn’t help but notice the ladies lunched and brunched a whole lot.
