Four successful Irish women show how Samsung technology makes their lives seamless

Working women are amazing. From smashing glass ceilings to closing the pay gap, women in the workforce help it to be better for everyone. In this day and age, people have had to learn to be ‘always on’ – balancing projects, emails, collaborations and more, all the while thinking ahead to their next move. But, since women are such great multi-taskers, we’ve pretty much got that down already.

Women run the world, and we at IMAGE love to shine a spotlight on what makes them great. In our partnership with Samsung, we’re backing the female start-ups, female ideas and female role models that are shaping our new world. We want to support switched on, tuned in women. That’s why we knew we’d need to have four strong, successful female ambassadors, to show exactly what working as an industry-leading, digital-first woman looks like in Ireland today.

Our four ambassadors show totally different sides of the modern working world, and each of them provides something new to identify with. Maybe you see your love of simplicity in Sonia Deasy, CEO &  Co-Founder of beauty brand Pestle & Mortar. Or you identify with Interior Architect Roisin Lafferty’s attention to detail. Maybe your love of colour and creativity comes through in Ruth Monahan, Managing Director of Apassionata Flowers. Or your love of collaboration and new projects is what draws you to Jenny Taffe, CEO & Founder of iZest Marketing. Whatever your strength, seeing it reflected in successful women is what we all need to push forward.

Although each of these women are completely different, they all have one thing in common – they value efficiency. They know that their time is worth a lot, and want to be able to use it effectively, without losing any of their creative flow in the process. That’s where Samsung comes in. Our ambassadors all use different Samsung products, in totally different ways, to create, collaborate and connect their work seamlessly. Whether it’s the Samsung DeX, a new docking system that connects your S9 smartphone to your desktop or the FLIP, an innovative new way to have everyone contribute to a project, these women are using them to make their working life more streamlined. Think of your phone – it’s almost like an extension of your hand. Now, your phone can extend so much further.

And what about you? Maybe you’ve got a business that’s been brewing for a while, or you’re a self-starter who knows that her product is going to change the world. You can join these female game-changers with help from IMAGE and Samsung. We’re offering female entrepreneurs and business owners the chance to win up to €100,000 of business-boosting prizes that will drive your business to where it needs to go. Enter The Pitch and rise to the top of your industry – it all starts with filling out the application. Good luck!
