3 cleansers to help refresh your skin after lots of time indoors

A good cleanser is one of life's little essentials and as we've been spending so much time indoors, your skin will no doubt need a pick-me-up - dry skin rears its flaky head at any time during the year but during the pandemic, our skin has really gone through a big shift. We just aren't in the open-air as we would usually be so our skin will be dry, tired and in need of a refresh. These three cleansers will do the trick

Eve Lom Cleanser, €68

This cult classic (now over 20 years old) has spawned many copies, but few are as powerful as the original. Full of soothing chamomile and moisturising cocoa butter, it removes dirt and cleanses without stripping the skin. Your face will thank you for using this over an extended period and is one I tend to use when my skin needs a zap of extra moisture. Pricey but worth it.

Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser, €19

Another iconic cleanser, Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser is loved by women the world over thanks to its abundance of natural ingredients and results-driven formula. Used every day, it not only cleans grimy skin but shrinks pores and helps to combat pesky spots. It's a nice price too.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser, €18

This cleanser is an oldie but a goodie. With a gorgeously rich and moisturising formula, this gel cleanser is great for very dry skins prone to suffering flakey patches during the colder months. In particular, this one also helps to maintain PH balance in the skin, keeping it from either going too dry or overly oily, hence keeping it clear.
