3 New Shoe Labels To Love From Day 2 at #LFW

It's day two at London Fashion Week and the city is alive. The energy is radiating around every corner snug and up-market boutique, and it shows little sign of slowing. Yesterday we introduced you to three new accessories labels to covet. Today, we're delighted to share three new and up-coming shoe designers that we think will hit all the right spots. Without further ado...

Maxine Shoes

Maxine is a London-based shoe brand that creates a selection of bright-popping designs that is a fresh blend of fun and luxury. The brand was established "for women who are not afraid to laugh out loud or take themselves too seriously". Life is too short not to wear pop-corn covered shoes, right?

All prints are hand-drawn and printed onto premium Italian leather and the brand prides themselves on producing high-quality, sustainable shoes that will withstand fast trends. The brand, which manufactures its shoes at a premium tannery in the Marche region of Italy, sells limited runs of each design which gives them an exclusive appeal for the shopper who likes to be first on the beat. The brand is defined by "humour and how unfiltered life is". Judging by their easy-to-follow feed, they're ready for a laugh, and so are we. What can we learn from Maxine Shoes? Life is too serious: buy the shoes.

Hissa Haddad

When was the last time you saw a pair of shoes that were this nice? These delicate pair of mules are the design of young Qatari designer Hissa Haddad, who only recently launched her debut collection of Italian-made shoes. Inspired by Islamic architecture and Qatari culture, the elegant collection of five designs, which come in an array of different colours, are embellished with gold, pearls and gems.

Hissa Haddad is the first Qatari women’s shoe brand made by Italian manufacturers to Italian standards, and they're every bit luxurious and beautiful in pictures as they are in real life. The fact that she designs varying heel height is an additional bonus, making these shoes accessible not only for special occasions but for everyday wear too. We look forward to seeing more of this young and talented lady.

Eva Blake

With her first collection, Pantheion, Eva Blake pounces onto the scene with a frisson of originality. Unconventional, irreverent, yet elegant in equal measure, Eva Blake shoes are as visually striking as they are luxurious on the feet. The fine detail of their design has been beautifully realised, using materials of the highest quality, in Italy by artisanal shoemakers. This is Eva's first fashion week as an exhibitor, but she stood proudly with her produce like a seasoned pro. Expect to hear and see more of her work.
