Darren Kennedy gives us his twist on the perfect gin & tonic

As part of our Malfy Cocktail Evenings in association with IMAGE, TV presenter Darren Kennedy will demonstrate how to make the perfect G&T. His secret is adding a special ingredient.

A twist on the classic G&T, this flavourful cocktail packs a bittersweet punch.

Combining orange-infused gin and Mediterranean tonic, the drink balances citrus with bittersweet notes.

Its secret ingredient is Malfy Con Arancia, a rich and complex Italian gin infused with sun-kissed Sicilian blood oranges and Tuscan juniper.

Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 35.5ml Malfy Con Arancia
  • 125ml Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • Italian Orange Wheel
  • Ice Cubes
  • Serve in a Copa glass

Method

Add ice, Malfy Con Arancia and Fever-tree Mediterranean tonic in a Copa glass. Then garnish with an Italian orange wheel.
