Recycling just got a lot more fun. Serving cocktails in an old marmalade pot or pickle jar is all the rage in London and New York. From Asia de Cuba in St Martins Lane to the bars of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, all that’s missing is the screw top. Add it and the takeaway possibilities are endless. Mojitos and caipirinhas - straw de rigueur - look and feel particularly good in the hand.
