Niall Horan’s €1.5k grooming regimen puts Bella Hadid’s to shame

Linda Evangelista famously said she wouldn’t get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day… for Bella Hadid, all it takes is a 10-step, $700 morning routine.

My morning routine consists of three alarms, a splodge of suncream and vitamins when I remember them. I consider brushing my hair a win and rarely make it out of my pyjamas before 10am. Safe to say, Bella’s wellness rituals put me to shame.

Let’s dive in, shall we?

Promoting her soon-to-launch wellness brand, Orabella, the model shared her daily 10-step routine on TikTok. First up, a mixture of three Genestra Brands tinctures. Next comes a gut-support liquid from ION that retails for €42.79. After that, Hadid takes a handful of approximately 13 supplements which she washes down with a glass of unidentified green juice.

Then comes Planted Seeds Gold Sea Moss Gel, €16.49, a superfood loaded with nutrients that has been shown to improve digestive health, boost immunity, support heart health and even improve sleep. A Fulvic Detox liquid follows, after which is Allegany Nutrition’s Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals which she mixes with some water.

In the interest of balance, she has a croissant for breakfast – the most relatable part of all of this – before moving onto her crystals. Cracking open a can of Kin Euphorics, the non-alcoholic drink she is an investor in, she then rubs some essential oils onto her wrists and neck, puts on some beaded bracelets and lights some sage.

The routine ends with a spot of journaling in a leather-bound notebook that looks eerily like the Sanderson sisters’s magic spellbook. Mere coincidence, I’m sure…

Despite what you might think, Hadid’s is actually one of the more subdued celebrity morning routines I’ve come across. In fact, our own Niall Horan currently holds the crown for most comprehensive grooming regimen.

Sharing his 22-step ‘feel good’ beauty routine with Vogue last year, the former One Direction star revealed himself to be somewhat of a secret grooming god. Step one involves setting the tone by lighting a scented Salt & Stone Saffron & Cedar Candle, €45.23.

Haircare involves two pumps of mousse massaged into freshly washed locks. Then he blowdrys his hair, with a Dyson Supersonic no less.

Skincare is next and begins with a cold splash of water – a trick he picked up from Lewis Hamilton and Sam Smith – after which he lathers a Sarah Chapman serum onto his face, followed by €35 exfoliating face mask which he uses “maybe twice, three times a week.”

Subsequent steps include a steamer, eye gels, cryo globes, a facial mist and oil, lip balm and hairspray amongst other things. It’s far from Le Labo Santal 33 he was reared but clearly, he’s picked up a few industry tricks over the years.

Impressive (*read insane…ly complicated). I’ll stick to SPF and a cup of tea, I think.
